Halfway to the Weekend! :)

English I: We are progressing nicely with Romeo and Juliet and we should have Act II read by tomorrow! An Act II test is planned for early next week. Act II study questions and your scene/character profile projects are due, by Friday.

We will be working with MLA citations and creating bibliographies, too. Remember to clean those cell phones. *wink*

English II: Julius Caesar study questions for Act I, scene 3 and Act II, scene 1 are due by the end of class, tomorrow. Your character/scene profile projects are due as well. You're doing a great job. Julius Caesar is difficult and you're keeping up! Hi Kaleigh! See?! I kept my promise. :)

Journalism: Chapter 4 will be quick, but will be work! We will finish outlining physical sources and will go into human sources. We will soon discuss a reporter's 'beat' and you'll be asked to propose an area/group in the school you'll be assigned to cover for your beat. Start thinking now.

***You lose points when you don't have your book, so bring it, daily!***

ALL: What is your favorite quote? Bring it to me and earn 5 points extra credit! It *may* appear on our blog, too. Remember to keep it appropriate. You are professionals.

See you soon!

Great job to my Journalism students! You met your deadline and your projects look great! I was so excited about them, I stayed after school today to hang them up on the wall! :)

English I students: I've only graded a few tests, but so far so good!

English II students: Act I reading is complete. Now, we analyze!

See you anon!
